Bio:
Michael James obtained his license in Veterinary Technology in 2011, and completed a Master of Health Administration degree from Grand Valley State University in 2015.
Michael is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources. He is a former practice manager and has an array of private practice experiences as an LVT in small animal general and emergency practices.
Michael currently works as a veterinary nurse supervisor and project administrator for the Veterinary Medical Center at Michigan State University. He leads the communication training initiatives for the Veterinary Medical Center and instructs first-year veterinary students in both client and team communication tools and strategies. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing tennis and spending time outdoors with his Australian Cattle Dog, Caesar.
